All orders received will be shipped the next business day.  There is no shipping on holidays and weekends.  We ship all packages via UPS with the exception of 3 day air service which is shipped via Fed Ex. 

     All specialty packages are available for shipping to APO, FPO, and limited international addresses. APO and FPO are shipped via standard USPS. All other international addresses are by quote.

     Chocolate and perishable gifts must ship via Next Day air from June through mid October.  Ground service is not an option on fruit and cookies. 

     Damages claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt.  No refund will be offered if the gift is not available for pick up and/or inspection by UPS.  If the gift was damaged during shipment, we will ship a new one or refund the gift in full.

     If the gift is not satisfactory, it may be returned at the customer's expense.  Full or partial refund is based on the perishability and condition of the contents.
